Reveillon Menu include:
Welcome cocktail and appetizer service: Shrimp, tuna and salmon canapés, mini platter of regional cold cuts, and assorted savory snacks.
Port wine, favaios, port tonic, gin tonic, juice and water.
Menu:
-Pumpkin cream;
-Tiger shrimp with butter sauce;
- Veal medallions with bacon accompained by mashed potato with chives and vegetables.
Dessert table: French toast, vermicelli, sponge cake; king cake, dried fruit, egg pudding, cocoa cake, almond tart, lime tart, pumpkin tart and sliced fruit.
Drinks: Caló white and red wines (DOC Douro), water, orange juice and coffee.
New Year Entry: Sparkling Wine & Raisins.
Cold cuts buffet: Roasted suckling pig, cheese board, sliced ham, smoked loin and assorted smoked meat.
