Harvest program at Quinta da Avessada.

From August 22nd, travel to Pinhão, heart of the Douro, and discover Quinta da Avessada harvest experience.


10:30 Visit to the garden of the Enoteca with welcome drink - Moscatel.

11:00 Harvesting.

Tradicional Douro music harvest.

Transport the grapes to the "lagares".

Tradicional lunch at Quinta da Avessada:

Appetizers: Wheat of Favaios; Assorted sausages; Codfish pataniscas; "Lavrador" soup with beans and vegetables;

Main course: Veal loaf stewed in red wine accompanied by roasted potatoes and boiled cabbage;

Dessert: Regional sweets and seasonal fruit.


Drinks are included: water and DOC red or white wines.

Pressing of the grapes with the feet.

16:00 End of the program.
