10:30 Reception of participants. We started the day with a visit to the Enoteca Gardens, savoring a Moscatel dehonor to the sound of the concertina.
11:00 We then travel to the vineyards where the grapes are cut and transported to the mill, accompanied by traditional Douro songs.
12:30 Tradicional lunch at Quinta da Avessada:
Appetizers: Wheat of Favaios; Assorted sausages; Codfish pataniscas;
Soup: "Lavrador" soup with beans and vegetables;
Main course: Veal loaf stewed in red wine accompanied by roasted potatoes and boiled cabbage;
Dessert: Regional sweets and seasonal fruit.
Drinks are included: water and DOC red or white wines.
14:00 Start of treading grapes to the sound of the concertina.
14:30 Guided visit to the Enoteca Space, where they will learn about the entire traditional process of making Moscatel and Port wine, tasting Moscatel de Honra.
